How can I use the sports facilities?

Can bridal couples have their pictures taken at the park and how much is it?
The Garden Fair offers many beautiful sites for photo shooting. Admission for a bridal couple and one photographer is free.
Is it possible to get married at the willow chapel? Who is the point of contact?
In principle, marriages and baptisms are possible at the willow chapel. Please contact Ms. Pagallies at 0631-71007-00 for details.
In case it rains – are there canopies where you can take shelter?
It won’t rain! But in case it does, there are several places where you can take shelter. Other opportunities to stay dry are the indoor flower shows, two permanent indoor displays and various travelling exhibitions. Open-air events will also be moved indoors in case of rain.
Are there souvenir booths?
Yes, postcards, dinosaur guides and a number of other articles are available at the Garden Fair shop next to the ticket booths.
Are credit cards accepted?
Not yet, unfortunately. We are, however, working on the solution.
If something is lost on the area – is there a Lost and Found?
In this case, please contact our Lost and Found at the Garden Fair shop or 0631-4155460. If the lost article was found and turned in, we will be happy to assist you.
Are dogs allowed?
No, dogs are not allowed on the terrain.
Are bicycles permitted on the area?
For safety reasons, riding bicycles in the park cannot be permitted.
Is it possible to have a barbeque on the area?
Yes, however, it requires prior coordination. Please contact 0631-71007-00 to discuss a date and make the respective reservation.
What are “Dinowagen” (dinosaur carts)?
“Dinowagen” are small wagons in which little children can be pulled through the park. The rental fee is €2.50.
Is it possible to play minitiature golf at the Garden Fair?
Yes. The rates per game are €1.50 for children and €2.00 for adults.
