Entrance Area

Since April 2009, the modern and attractive entrance area in Lauterstraße displays the Garden Fair´s completely new face.

The center piece is a fountain inviting visitors to linger even before actually entering the terrain.

Also, the ticket booth area with an adjacent Garden Show Shop was redesigned. A variety of souvenirs, from post cards to toy dinosaurs, is available at the shop. Of course, the selection includes regional products and articles about our exhibitions. 

The exhibition hall is located immediately after the ticket booth area. In 2009 we had set up an exhibition about „technics and environment“ and the traveling exhibition "Leonardo da Vinci’s engines" displaying the inventions of the universal genius and how technical developments can be used to produce and consume energy in an environment-friendly way.
